The investment in IU includes the purchase of 4 Beach Estate Properties (8 total rentable units), construction and deployment to innovative solar energy system and water purification systems, which drive our efforts and mission in renewable and sustainable properties.
Joint Venture Equity Investment
The Joint Venture Equity Investment equals $2.75 Million for Phase 1 and $4.65 Million for Phase 2. Integral Unlimited Investment Group is offering an Equity Class of Shares to investors. The anticipated rate of return for equity shares is 8.32% - 18.76% after the launch of the branded resort, scheduled, October, 2017. Plus anticipated Equity Exit Return of 1.05 – 1.35x multiple based on timing of investment/exit. Early investment entry produces a greater potential return.
